1.) Professional Catering Trainer

Requirements
Catering trainer applicants should possess the following:
Level 3 citiy & guilds certificate in catering
Teaching and training qualification
Compuer Literacy qualification
Candidate must possess the capacity to teach in accordance with the syllabus and standards of City and Guilds (London) especially in the following areas
Food preparation and culinary arts – 7065
Food and beverages services – 7066
Reparation operations and services – 6067

2.) Camp Bossess

3.) Chefs & Cooks

Requirements
Camp boss, chefs and cooks applicants should possess the following:
Level II City and Guilds certificate or equivalent
OND/HND in hotel management or related fields of study
At least 5 years experience in continental and national menu etc
Remuneration
Salary is very attractive
