PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR CONSULTANTS
A foremost and reputable professional body with Head Office in Lagos is in search of a thoroughbred Principal/ Senior Consultants with specialization in at two of the core areas specified hereunder, to join a team of other vibrant professionals to strengthen and consolidate its leadership position in the industry.
- FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
- HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
- GENERAL MANAGEMENT
- OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- SALES AND MARKETING
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development of learning intervention
- Develop contacts with top officials in the public and private sectors of the economy
- Facilitate in scheduled learning programmes
- Marketing of consulting and training products
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
The ideal candidates should have significant track records of success in management consultancy, business re-engineering and executive selection. They should also possess the following;
• A minimum of matters degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or other social sciences. A doctorate degree in any related field will be an added advantage
• At least 12 years relevant working experience
• A proven track record of achievement in high quality consulting environment
• Excellent writing and facilitation skills
• Good knowledge of research
• Mathematical and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages/Software such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Ability and commitment to build and lead a result-oriented team.
